Where our data comes from
Every figure on this site is derived from publicly available TikTok and TikTok Shop information — profile fields, public posts, and public product/sales listings. We do not use private APIs, purchased leak databases, or any non-public source. We do not display any creator's private contact information (phone, WhatsApp, Line, email) anywhere on this site.
Underlying figures such as GMV and items sold are estimates, calculated from publicly listed prices and reported sales volumes at the time of collection. They approximate, but do not guarantee, actual transaction values.
How often data is refreshed
- Internal research dataset: refreshed on a rolling basis and re-checked before use in client work
- Quarterly benchmark reports: refreshed and re-published each quarter, with the "last updated" date shown on the report
- Guides and pillar articles: reviewed and updated at least every 6 months, or sooner if underlying data shifts materially
Every published data report displays its sample size and snapshot date. If the underlying data changes materially, we update the affected report and its visible date rather than silently changing historical figures.
Percentiles and benchmarks
Percentile figures (e.g. "P97 GMV percentile") are computed by ranking observations within the same primary category and, where noted, the same follower tier, using the stated research snapshot. Sample size and cut-off date are disclosed in the Methodology section of each report.
Editorial analysis
Interpretive passages in our reports and guides are written or reviewed by our editorial team. We distinguish measured fields from planning heuristics, disclose limitations next to the relevant claim, and do not present an editorial opinion as a verified fact about an individual creator.
Requesting a correction
If you believe any published figure or category classification about you or your brand is inaccurate, you can request a correction free of charge via our Claim / Removal Request form. We will review and respond within 5 business days, and will either correct the record, provide the basis for the current figure, or remove the disputed data point pending review.
Requesting removal
Any creator can request that their data be excluded from public reporting and future public profile publication, for any reason, at no cost. Approved removals are recorded so the same profile is not intentionally republished. See our Privacy Policy for related data rights.
