TK Connect publishes aggregate Malaysia TikTok creator research and supports public creator discovery, manually reviewed shortlist services and compliant business outreach. Self-service account access is currently paused. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
New account registration and sign-in are currently paused while account verification is being completed.
- Public research, guides and benchmark tools remain available without an account
- Existing account records remain subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy
- Contact us if you need help with prior account, order or access records
3. Service enquiries and prior records
- Self-service plans, subscriptions and public checkout are not currently offered
- For selected custom research or shortlist work, scope, availability and any fee will be confirmed before work begins
- Contact us if you need help with a prior account, order, payment or eligible refund record
4. Research and data limitations
Creator and commerce information is derived from publicly accessible TikTok and TikTok Shop sources. Aggregate reports describe a dated snapshot, not real-time performance or a guarantee of campaign results. Definitions, denominators and known limitations are published in our Data Sources & Correction Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use automated scripts or crawlers to export service data without authorisation
- Use non-public contact details for harassment, fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging or unlawful activity
- Resell or publicly distribute creator contact details
- Exploit vulnerabilities or circumvent account limits
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Creator rights
A listed creator may request a claim, correction or removal following the process described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer
TK Connect provides research, discovery and manually reviewed shortlist support. We are not a party to agreements between brands and creators and do not guarantee creator responses, campaign performance, commercial terms or fulfilment.
